Hello all, I wanted to give short narrative on how sneakers have played a part of my life:
Let's see...I have been a sneaker wearer and enthusiast from the get go. My first pair of sneakers (that i can remember at least) was the OG black/red Jordan IV at the tender age of 6. My brother and cousin had the black Vs and I just thought those sneakers were AMAZING. From that point on, I was hooked. I went to a private school growing up so as part of my required uniform I was not allowed to wear my sneakers. Therefore, I only got 1-2 pairs per year that mostly made up of Jordans and nike basketball. Michael Jordan has been (and will always be) a great influence on my life, his drive and competitive nature fueled my own educational, personal, and professional aspirations.
It is hard to say that NT has not played a part of my life. I have made some great, life long friends through sneakers, mostly here from my home town of San Antonio (shout out to my sneaks up family), others from Texas (austin, houston, dallas, laredo), and even from across the country (electricbamboo - Hawaii, cubanbee, phase2, Ty, just to name a few). I want to thank all my friends that share this common interest with me. And thanks to those that have helped me obtain some of my sneakers. I feel my collection is a reflection of my personality- simple.
I just buy what I like... bottom line.
All right, enough of that. On to the pics...enjoy
