For anyone who attends/attended design school..Or anyone who just likes to design for fun...
Not happy with the outcome of shoes these days? Or always thought you had some cool ideas you want to share?..Here it is..
Im thinking about one DRC a month?...It should give people plenty of time....The deadline will be from the start of the month till the end, since it isn't a true competition, so it gives everyone time, to just showcase their designs...
Each DRC will have a theme to follow, and from there just post your design in the official thread whenever you want within that month
*Remember you can be a pro, or a beginner, or just someone who wants to look at and critique designs...ANYONE IS WELCOME!!**
I suggest to look at the archives also, to see how big some of these DRC'S got...
*Also it will be good for you guys to put a link in your sig to direct people to this post, so it will draw interest..Im not good with links and sigs, so if anyone makes one, just send it to me, and I will be happy to put it in mine...
Suggestions:
We need to decide on our kick off theme...
We can always go with the normal...Like create the next sig. shoe for a line( ex. Kobe, Bron, Jordan etc.)...But thats kind of normal...Some other ideas Ill throw out:
Create a shoe for a players line who no longer exists( Pip, Payton, Griffey, Prime Time, Penny etc.)
Or what if an old player, was playing today with the technologies we have?..What would their shoe look like? ( Magic, Bird, Dr. J etc.)
Or draw an inspiration from something...
So for this thread, just put in any suggestions, ideas, signature ideas, and if you are interested in participating...
LETS BRING ACK THE GLORY DAYS, AND TURN THEM INTO OUR OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........
