Gaining Weight/Muscle GNC pro proformance Whey??? |

I wanted to ask if anyone uses GNC pro proformance when they work out and if it helps you gain muscle and weight. Im 6'1 about 145 and started lifting 2-3x
a week for about 2 months and over the past 5 weeks have been using the GNC whey to try and add some muscle and weight and have not seen much in the way of
results. I know im getting stronger b/c my reps and the amt of weight I lift is increasing, but how much of this stuff should I take and when can I expect to
see the results?

Remember that these are mostly SUPPLEMENTS. That means they supplement your diet. If you are wanting to gain weight and get bigger you are going to have to
really concentrate on your daily diet. You need to eat. And eat. And eat.
Taking whey after you workout is a great idea and one you should continue to do. Try lifting minimum 3x per week and increase your effort as the weeks go on (along with changing up your routine).

Thanks for the replies. And I am trying to increase my daily intake of food and trying to do it the right way, chicken, granola bars, almonds, fruit. etc..
etc.. I could tack on some lbs by going to wendys and Taco Bell, but that's not the way I want to do it.

I'm doing the same, I bought a lot of tuna and protein bars. I have ON and I drink about 2 servings a day.

In regards to diet, I know I should eat larger portions. Besides chicken, tuna, fruit etc,. what else is good to eat?

i bought 6 star protein and creatine.
its been 2 days now but i feel good when i work out. i work out 5x a week and cardio about 3-5 x a week. well see how it works in about a month.
