like he said just apply, I got accepted about 2-3 years ago and have only tested 2 pairs... some air max 360 BBs and some shox elevate

I've been testing for about 3 years now, 5-6 pairs in that time.
Simple rules, wear them, enjoy them, just never talk about them specifically, dont' wear them in public places and never show pictures on the web. You can apply for any kind of testing you want, basketball, football, soccer.... Some people say Nike only accepts applications for sizes 9 and 13, this is incorrect. I love this program, just knowing my recommendations might improve the prototype of a shoe. It's as close as I'll ever get to being part of the design process to create a shoe. It's a privilege and an honor, it really is.

i've been a product tester for about 4 years. i wear size 11, and have had my fair share of things to test. it took me about 3 months to find out i had
been accepted.
i added golf to my profile 2 years ago, and i've tested some really cool stuff. anytime i wear the shoes or use the products they send me, i never let anyone know. you do have to keep your logs updated, though. T E A

Nike is becoming stricter on testing and who they have test their shoes.
Plus you need to meet specific criteria to be accepted.

I got accepted but I forgot to mail that liability form, But yeah usually it's hush-hush with the shoes you get and don't expect like rare Wear-Test
Jordans or anything like that...
