The DMP was handled like this except with a RSVP list and a raffle and it saved NTLA from being embarassed by fights and a week of camping. IMO it worked out well. Yes it's a dice roll but for someone like me who is older has a 8-5 job camping out means taking sick and/or vacation time and a shoe really isn't worth that. Nobody in his family is tall but he ends up 6'6''? Turns 45 the same year the the iconic 23 Jordan shoe releases? His team wins the NBA Finals on Fathers's Day? But back to the shoes, after reading the tech behind the shoes I am very impressed, but this shoe does not scream this is the best Jordan ever. The shoe is more revultionary in construction than in design/materials used. I just don't feel the design justifies the price even though this may have been the hardest Jordan to design.

I don't think all the employees were notified that they were gonna be receiving them (and how they were gonna release them). My friend called in the morning and said they weren't getting them, but when I called at night, the guy said they were getting them, so I'm assuming they found out recently. The RSVP list is how they did the DMP release, and it's a raffle.
