I herd the VC3 was a really good bball shoe but i never got to play in them
So ima have to go with the Shox BB4 which have been my favorite shoes to ball in besides 18s. I didn't even know there was such thing as VC5, and the VC line completely fell off for me after the VC3

VC5 or BB4, best Shox/Zoom combo ever imo. Plus BB4 has the monkey paw, which I always loved, whether it worked or not.

I hate shox as well.
I loved the white/black/red shox VC III though. Easily one of the best visually appealing sneakers.
