He's always praised his opponents, has never mentioned anything negative about them nor has he displayed any air of superiority that has taken anything away from his opponents. He's always been fairly humble and tried to keep things relatively low key despite his accomplishments and the media putting him on the spot. Totally disagree. Also, he obviously didnt play his best and said at the Austrailian Open that he loved to play with Andy Roddick because is such a good guy.

The players meet at the net, and if it is a grand slam, the two will be interviewed and acknowledge each other. Federer is status quo with that. So? That doesn't mean anything at all.

I'm not saying he's intentionally disrespectful, but there have been times in the past where his interviews have come off as 'arrogant'. At first, they were saying it was because his English wasn't that good, but like today, he just didn't do too well in conducting that interview IMHO. Maybe I'm biased, maybe I'm not, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. you have got to be kidding me. the guy just played a 4.5 hour match so he's tired as hell. Plus he just set the ALL TIME RECORD FOR MOST GRAND SLAMS. And here you guys are nitpicking a few obligatoary post game questions he's forced to answer? What would you have said if you were in his shoes? I swear some of you are worst than the kobe haters lol

As far as i'm concerned Fed's "respect" towards other players is fake and contrived. I'd respect him more if he would just come out and say "+!@* it I hate everyone on the tour and ain't nobody compared to me".
