The wire should be thicker and more defined where its sharp, cause otherwise it looks like simple stripes in random directions. JM: The laces were actually free, just took em out a pair of stabs i had layin around, so they aren't bad quality, there's just like a different woven texture to it... i feel you on the stripes, some love em some hate em, and they were really not planned at all.
