Introduce yourself, tell em you throw parties and you're inviting them to come thru for free next week. If its a girl, complement and say its always a good look to have sexy females come thru on the guestlist. Hang out after the party, or when people are in line and introduce yourself. Have a card or a catchy phone number. If you have a blackberry, take notes on how you met these people, and call them a few days later to remind them, since their prolly drunk when you innitailly meet them. Make sure to remind them of ur convo from the first night, and use the notes you took to bring up a familiar topic. Being a promotor is easy if you can come off as a chillin dude, who alotta these cats might even consider you a friend.
