IMAX is overrated. $15 (Not to mention popcorn, soda and all that stuff which makes it a minimum of $25) a head for semi- home entertainment quality movies.
Please. I rather be at home with my people and watch some Blu-Rays.

I can go solo like a Tyson bolo ...And make the fly girls wanna have my photo...

ive seen a real imax screen, its not gonna be the same watching it on a regular screen thats closer
and watching a digital projector on a regular screen is just as impressive as "digital imax" TeamWolfShirts

IMAX lines > regular lines.
Waiting in a shorter line last night for Transformers was def. worth my $5 extra. $10 or $15...both are a rip off for a movie either way.

yo is it just me or do some IMAX theaters look smaller. Like for example. The regal in Williamsville N.Y. has IMAX and I thought that was huge... but when I
went to Orlando and went to the Regal on International Drive, the IMAX was HUGE AS ALL HELL. What's up with that? Why are some IMAX's bigger than
others? I saw Transformers 1 at International Drive Regal in Orlando and was blown away because of how HUGE the damn screen was and it made the movie
1000000000x better. But when I saw Star Trek at IMAX at Williamsville Regal I was pissed. the screen was like half the size or less.

NO I have seen the darknight and transformers in IMAX AND IN REGULAT THEATER YOU CANNOT COMPARE THE IMAX EXPEREINCE TO YOUR LOCAL THEATER its not the same, you literally feel the rush in your viens in IMAX, the clarity will leave you shocked And yes it is worth the extra 5 dollars, dont know where you got 15 from article is BOGUS

I just watched transformers on a fake IMAX according to the link. FML.
All the AMC theater IMAX are fake but you won't be able to tell. |
