The one and only reason is the exchange rate. We are in a huge economic blunder in the states, and they make way more money in Europe with the EU only
releases. They get more money, so why not let them go in EU and see how they do first then eventually bring them to the states and sell the leftovers.
It's a money making bull, they aren't stupid.

Is Europe as a big a market for Nike as it was in the past though?... i just don't see as many people wearing Nike shoes, Air Max or Air Jordan, as i used
to.

Actually, some Euro releases are better. Cause there are some pretty ugly Euro releases that didnt release over here. So we have a positive way of looking at
it, and a negative. But thank goodness we wont be having those Blk/TMNT Spiz'ikes. (Hopefully)

if its an exclusive release it doesnt matter where it is, US, Asia or Europe, resell price will always go up

Because of the weak dollar. CDP's over there are selling for the equivalent of $450. That is a very good increase over selling it here in the states for
$310. So this is a very good marketing strategy. Sell it there first make a lot more money, then anything left over will be sent here and sold to a waiting
public of hypebeasts. One other thing that this does is while it is selling in Europe for a lot more money. The hype is building stateside. With hypebeasts
buying the shoes at inflated prices on ebay. That by the time it will be available in stores. There will be a long line of hypebeasts and flippers waiting for
them so that they can sell on ebay.

to make it clear, i wasnt knocking Europe over U.S. . i wanted to know who was to benefit. like JB, powers sellers, or the average consumer. i think its the power sellers because they get it for the low and make their own price from supply and demand |

im in u.k and there is not a chance we get a better deal with j,s. there is only footlocker and niketown that stocks these on the high street,the only other
wat to cop is on the net. and we dont get anywhere near the range of exclusives the u.s. gets but i suppose thats down to the demand here which is not as great
as it once was. as for the air maxes?? almost every teenager who can afford a pair has them on their feet so thats why j.d. sports,etc get the diferent
colourways . thay are not so much a collecters item here though with all the scally kids rockin them everyday! we pay a whole lot more aswell,cdp's retail
at £190=$380. anyone want a hook up,give me a shout!!
