The story makes me appreciate the shoes. They're not meant to be kicks you wear and turn heads. They're meant to be displayed as a trophy and time capsule. They'll have more sentimental meaning to Coach K.

I hate Duke however.

I will chime in on this:

I have seen various Jordans and Nike's from concept and by the time they get to retail, the shoe literally looks like a mere shell of itself. Alot can be blamed on margins needing to be reached as well as prices the factories charge.

What may appear as nickels and dimes to us really add up to the cost of a shoe and then needing to have a decent profit margin on that shoe multiplied by your production # taking into account the tooling being paid...

Rock keeping it 100 as usual.
