Actually Dirty you can sue in instances like this. I've taken a business law and IP law class taught by the same law professor that teaches...

man you shoulda tagged your pics, i know that wouldnt have been my first thought either but yea this def gonna get some exposure. forget all that crazy sue talk apple major corp n suin takes time n money. id def settle for a nice macbook or suttin or vouchers though n keep it hush.

I have the black first gen nano as well. It's all crapped out already. Backlight doesn't work, half the screen is dead, poor sound quality. All it needs to do now is blow up

So the fire alarm in my room woke me up at 2 in the morning last night. The first thing I see is an orange glow near my PS3 so I jump out of bed to see a small fire forming in the middle of my room. For some reason i just stood there and stared at it for about 5 seconds before I put it out. I can't even begin to imagine what would have happened if that fire alarm wasn't in my room. When I woke up the fire was already about a foot wide and spreading.
